Whether you are navigating the complexity of romantic partnership, the tenderness of family, the intimacy of friendship, or the identity questions that come with your career — this work begins and ends with you.

Here, we believe in love as a practice. In joy as a birthright. In pleasure as a pathway to healing, not a reward for suffering through it. We work through ritual, through breath, through the body, through radical honesty — and through types of witnessing that most people have never experienced but always needed.

Our offerings include holistic relationship coaching across romantic, platonic, familial, and career domains; radical self-love and acceptance work, including mirror practices that will change the way you see yourself; sexuality coaching rooted in certified Erotic Breathwork*; empathetic listening that creates space for the parts of you that have never felt safe to speak; and sacred ceremony, offered by an ordained minister who believes your love deserves to be witnessed and honored.

The Roots & Reach framework is culturally grounded in the Black experience — because our love stories, our family systems, our community bonds, and our professional lives deserve a practice built for us, not adapted from one that was not. Every offering begins with your assessment profile. We meet you where you are. We walk with you toward where you want to be.
